Age Group One Meter Three Meter
9 & Under Boys and Girls 100 and any 2 dives 001 and any 2 dives
10-11 Boys and Girls 100, 200, 2 required and 1 optional 001, 2 required and 1 optional
12-13 Boys and Girls 100, 200, 2 required and 2 optional 001, 2 required and 2 optional
14-15 Boys and Girls and 16-19 Boys and Girls 3 required (3 group), 3 optionals (2 group)

001, 3 required (3 group), 2 optionals (2 group)


All dives are true DD.  Required Dives are 101, 201, 301, 401, and can be done in any position.  DD for 100, 200, 001 is 1.0.
